The User expressly, freely and voluntarily agrees that any personal data supplied ("personal data", as defined in Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) or any other regulation or regulatory development) may be collected by VITAFOODS, processed and incorporated into a personal data file, duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, for the following purposes: a) the fulfillment and execution of orders and sales contracts for the products and Services purchased by the User; b) The attention to requests for information made by the User; and c) information about the products and services, the sending of commercial communications by email or by any other means of communication to the transport company for the exclusive purpose of carrying out the delivery of orders, as well as to the company providing the payment system, for the correct management of payments for orders made by the User. The personal data that you provide must be true, accurate, complete and up-to-date. Otherwise, the user will be responsible for providing inaccurate data. In the event that the data provided belongs to a third party, you guarantee that you have obtained their authorization to provide their data to VITAFOODS for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy.

VITAFOODS has implemented technical security measures for the protection of personal data in accordance with data protection legislation, including, among others, Royal Decree 1720/2007.

When a User decides to unsubscribe, VITAFOODS guarantees that it will cancel all personal data of a user and will not keep any copy of it, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it temporarily. In any case, the user has the right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose the processing of their data. Likewise, the user may, at any time, revoke the consent granted.
